When to Send a Bill

Customers are charged right away after they confirm their order.  You will get an email confirming your order after your payment has been processed. This email will be sent to the address you gave during checkout.

Money and Prices

All prices on our website are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include any taxes that may apply, unless otherwise noted.  We don't charge any extra fees or costs that you didn't expect. The total at checkout is the full amount you'll pay.  Any extra fees, like shipping, will be clearly shown before you finish your purchase.

Payments That Didn't Go Through

If a payment doesn't go through because there isn't enough money, the information is wrong, or there are problems with the authorization, the order won't be processed.  You can try to pay again using a different method.  If payment can't be confirmed within 24 hours, the order may be canceled automatically.

Refunds and chargebacks

Our policy on returns and refunds explains how we handle refunds.  Refunds that are approved are always sent back to the same payment method that was used to make the purchase.
