We at Mellokids know that plans can change. We want to make it easy and fair for our customers to cancel their orders, and we also want to make sure that we handle orders quickly.
Time to Cancel
You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it.
Requests made after this time will no longer be able to be cancelled because your order may already be being processed or getting ready to be shipped.

How long it takes to get back to you
We usually read cancellation requests and get back to people within two hours
